About:
Big Bear Track Club will host a three week high performance training camp for dedicated middle distance and distance athletes. This camp is designed to build a powerful aerobic base, develop race specific fitness, and prepare athletes for a breakthrough cross country season.
Camp Investment: $3,850 per athlete
This includes:
• Lodging
• All meals
• Daily coaching and structured training
• Transportation during camp
• Full time supervision
Training will take place in Big Bear Lake at altitude, providing a unique physiological advantage. Athletes who spend extended time at altitude, especially 14 days or more, can experience meaningful gains in aerobic capacity, red blood cell production, and overall performance. These adaptations often carry into the competitive season.
The Bigger the Base, the Bigger the Peak.
